The room that we stayed in was excellent. It has everything from a flat screen TV, couch, dining table and chairs, hairdryer, separate toilet from shower, a double bed and a single bed in a separate room. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean. All three of us had good sleep and felt like home. There was also free in-room wireless internet. The staff were all really friendly, especially Trevor, who made us feel so welcome. Trevor offered us advice on getting around the city and on the day of check out, we wanted hot breakfast and he happily offered us the hot breakfast option for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious, and the portion was generous, even better than going out to the city. Overall this place is great value for money, location is close to the main streets, and really can't fault anything! Will definitely be back if we are visiting Launceston again!

We had a great stay, meals were excellent. Staff were attentive to our needs, including pushing the evening meal forward to accommodate us and the other in- house guests who were attending a show that evening. The rooms were clean and spacious. Central to town. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for your kind hospitality.

Food is reasonably priced and tasty, rooms are neat, clean and tidy and the management will jump to your requests. Just plain good service!

the Hotel reception staff are polite and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was lovely as were the pillows, very comfortable. The room and had heat pump/air conditioner but we didn't need to use it. I like that I could open the window to get fresh air. The microwave in the room was handy as I'm a diabetic. My son said the complimentary continental breakfast was very nice and generous. We stayed two nights and I can't fault anything...it was very pleasant...and I would certainly stay there again

We got a room on the 4/f with very nice city view - we found it worthy of the value. As its name, it offers a reasonable spacious, comfortable room and it locates within walking distance of city centre and parks. Staff are all smiling and friendly, especially Trevor, who welcomed us warmly and offered us travel tips as well. Full breakfast is well cooked and good value, we definitely will stay here again next time - just not on a Sunday, when everything is closed - including the restaurant in this Comfort Inn - and if there were a shower curtain - it would be perfect!
