The look of the place is quite nice. It's comfy etc. But service is terrible. We had to go and ask for menus. It still took 10 mins for them to come out. It was a Wednesday, so one would think that is a quieter night than most. Our meals took over an hour to come out. The meals were nice enough, prices were a little expensive for the quality being severed however. Their vegetarian menu was very much lacking, but that's expected in a more 'country' hotel. If you are willing to wait for an hour+ for a meal then it would be a nice place to have a meal.
Great atmosphere and staff - Roger treats every customer like his personal friend. Menu and wine selection are excellent. One for family & kids.
