Potential Visitors, having been to Italy on various business trips, I have a good understanding of Italian cuisine. I can with no doubt in mind reassure you that the sloppy grease soaked food that you will be served at Brunelli's will be as far from real Italian quality as fine dining is from eating at McDonalds. Please do not expect anything that has not been deep fried on their menu list. Unless you are suicidal and hoping to die through self induced heart failure I suggest you don't even go near that place. Having said that, even if you are willing to eat at a fake Italian cafe, with the intention of simply getting a 'one off' greasy meal out of reasons such as convenience I still suggest you go anywhere else. The service from 'qualified professionals' is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Therefore on every level, the one star that I have given Brunellis is completely undeserved. If I could I would give them 0.

Quite possibly the worst Restaurant in Adelaide. Don't bother wasting your time here. It gets 1 star for shockingly terrible service (management, bar and floor staff all incredibly rude), terrible ambiance, cramped seating and its dry and stale food. Adelaide has such a gorgeous and rich variety of dine-in options from all spectrums of price, style and mood - generally with much better customer service. I recommend shopping around before blowing a night out at this place.

Giving one star would be too much. Firstly i was served by a rude lady at the counter but i let it go as i thought she was having a bad day. While ordering i specifically said ' i'll have wedges for entree'. After 30 minutes all our food came out at once. This is a pet hate , if i ordered my desert for desert would you bring it out with the main ? No . The same is applied with an entree , its something to eat before your main. Especially the fact both mains came with chips , how could anyone eat a bowl of wedges and chips with their mains at the same time. By the time we got to the wedges they were cold. It was clear what happened , someone forgot the entree and decided it was okay to bring them out with the main. What resulted from this ? 16.00$ of cold wedges not eaten due to being cold and given 30 minutes late. I understand things happen, however the service was shocking and no apology was made.. this makes me think that maybe this is normal. If you want my honest opinion save your 60-80 $ and find your local caffe primo and order the same food. Except it will cost you half the price, better / friendly service and you will receive your food at the correct time.

Amazing how a team of waitress/waiters can ruin a morning meal. Ordered 3 meals and received one. Reordered two and still only received one. Absolutely ridiculous, over an hour wait to not eat.
