I have been here 4 or 5 times and only on the first occasion was the food and service good (about 2 years ago). Kept going back hoping that they will sort out the quality and service issues, but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's expensive, the food is very poor (although pretentiously described) and the service is almost non existent, will poorly trained staff. Last time I had to explain how to make a martini to the person behind the bar as they 'had never heard of a martini before'. I think that says it all!
Fine food, confronted with a particularly awkward dinner party experience, where only half of the 12 booking numbers turned up, including the organiser. The staff and management where very graceful is recognising the situation. Great service.
Certainly won't be back. The staff could do with some manners. Extremely overpriced. I also dislike when the food arrives missing ingredients clearly listed on the menu. Advise the customer if you don't have the ingredients!
it is so sad to see a great restaurant operated so poorly. the service is the worst in Darwin the food portions are no that good and munu is not what you want we have tried a number of times...... our rating 4 out if 10
