we stayed here for 2 nights and found it to be a positive experience. the restaurant was great, and well priced for the area. staff were friendly and approachable. Room was well sized and clean. The biggest downside for me was the WiFi that if you were lucky enough to eventually connect to, it was disconnecting or going so slow web sites would time out. Close to many major wineries. I would recommend grapevine tours to do a half day or whole day tour.
When enquiring as to whether there was any vacancies Jessica was a little abrupt. She confirmed there was vacancies for the time I needed, we discussed the voucher I was buying and so she understood the conditions that go with this (cheaper) voucher and confirmed that it was a Sunday night which has a surcharge. I went back to book with the provider and noticed the date she said was available was not allowed with this purchase according to their conditions and fine print. I rang back to ask her if this was so and she said that she had thought I was enquiring about a different month. But a Sunday in December was not the same date of the month as this sunday in the current month is so I feel she was being less than truthful. I asked was there any vacancies for the voucher I was purchasing and she said no. If I had have bought the voucher on her guarantee of vacancy I would have not been able to use it and I would have been out of pocket a significant amount. NOT HAPPY JAN
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Our room was a good size and very clean. The food at the Mill was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. Service was fantastic would certainly return. Great Value
Spacious hotel very well located and big plus is they also have a couple of rooms which accept dogs as well as good dog walking immediately adjacent Choice of restaurants, one of which seemed very pricey for the Hunter but the excellent Keith Tullochs restaurant is a ten minute walk away for lunch
AWFUL experience!! Don't stay here, don't eat here and especially don't get married here!! Staff were appalling and they gave me the wedding from HELL!!!
