I would love to say we enjoyed our stay at your hotel but as the very rude women who l think was a barmaid couldnt be bothered talking to us. On sat night after driving from surfers paradise we were tired and saw the hotel and decided to see if there were any rooms avaiable my husband and son walked into the reception but the office was closed, he then walk out the front and saw the barmaid cleaning he tryed the door but it was locked so he knocked she looked up and continued to clean he knocked again she then spoke but as she refused to open the door or even come close my husband had to yell thru the glass for her to talk to him he asked if there was anything avaiable she said l dont know go see reception my husband explained that there wasnt any one there and could she help she said no that wasnt her job and that the hotel was closed and she couldnt help she should of said she WOULDNT HELP so we drove on. If this is how your staff deal with customers then l think some retraining needs to happen l just hope this was a one off and not the norm.
