After a mix up with the order and having to wait for the forgotten drink order the food was good. The burnt rice was replaced promptly. The wine selection was fine and prices were appropriate.might go back again but not in a hurry. It was very busy on the night.
After using google to find where we should stay in Coonabarabran..I needed to find a restaurant so I did the same and googled restaurants in Coonabarabran.. up came this restaurant and it was perfect as the family are all chinese food fans.. and across the road from where were were staying (The Country Gardens Motel) which I would also highly recommend... The food, service and decor were absolutely fabulous..,you won't be disappointed and the prices were very reasonable.. a family of four we paid $89 which included all our drinks as well..excellent!!
The best Chinese food we can remember eating. So good we went back the second night of our stay. Ordered takeaway both nights. Two meals, three large special fried rice & sis dim sims fed two adults, four children for $58.
I ate here in 1999. I was stunned at being able to get quality food in the outback. Before eating here I was expecting the worst. Boy, how wrong I was. Just unbelievable.
