The counter staff was unprofessional and talking about sexual jokes, past hook-ups and lesbian activities.and I had 7 and 11 year old boys with me who heard the conversation while we were waiting for our meal. We ordered dessert after our meal. They had an issue with the machine. It took 3 or 4 people to try to make the cones. One had opened the top and was reaching in without any gloves or a hairnet to look at the machine. Vanilla ice cream splashed on her face and the other girls started joking About thewhite stuff all over her face In front of my kids. When they went to make my cone it was coming poorly and the lady who had just been working on the machine & handling cash was grabbing my cone by the come part, not the paper covering, or wearing gloves. When I saw that I immediately asked for a refund because I thought that was disgusting. I said I wanted a refund and she dumped the cone back into the machine instead of throwing it away. She got argumentative with me and claimed that she was not touching my cone.

Don't go through the drive through past 10pm. The employees must think they don't have to do their job or something because I watched three cars pull up, one car was told they were closed, I got no response and there wasn't anybody at the window. Fries are probably the worst I've ever had. I'm just not a fan of a "restaurant" whether it be fast food or not, that can't even seem so do the ONE THING a restaurant does... which is serve customers food......

If I could give this McDonald's a negative I would. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE!! I hope someone from corporate can see these reviews and do something about this place!!! The employees looks awful. I can't eat food from somewhere where I can see dandruff on the shoulders of a freakin manager. Along with untucked shirt and unbuttoned shirt, straight overall slobby appearance. Just can't. We waited 25 mins for food that was cold and they said amongst themselves "these fries go to the woman who was complaining" I asked for hot fries because obviously I was waiting over 20 mins. The teenage employees were leaning up against the fryers staring at the line in the lobby instead of doing their jobs. I seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Do yourself and your belly a favor avoid this McDonald's like the plague!!!!

Food was great tasting and warm despite it being very close to closing, and the cashier was courteous and the service was fast.

The worst and SLOWEST!!!!! McDonalds I've been to. Orders are taking 15+ min to come out. And every other persons order in front of me has been wrong. DO NOT STOP HERE if you value your time at all
