First off, if there were an option for no stars, that's how I would rate it.. 1 star is too high for them. My friend and I stopped at this DD location this morning to get breakfast before heading into work. We were greeted by a female employee who was extremely rude and seemed very annoyed to even be there. On top of being rude, she messed our order up and left out one of the orders of hash browns we had paid for. As we had already went out to the car, we decided to go through the drive thru to get the rest of our order. At the drive thru, we were greeted by, yet another, rude employee. This one being a male. We placed our order and then ANOTHER employee asked us over the speaker for our order again. So we obliged and recited our order again. When we pulled up to the window, we wanted to make clarification that they had got our whole order. Which, surprise surprise, they did not. The male employee informed us that there was nothing he could do to help us and that if something we ordered wasn't in the bag that we would have to pay again to get it. We brought to his attention that this was TWICE in 5 minutes that our order had been messed up and he said "Well, I have your card so if you want to drive off, go right ahead!" I said "No, just swipe my card and let me pay for my food and I'll get out of here." So he swiped my card and handed it to me then in a VERY sarcastic tone said "MERRY CHRISTMAAS!" and slammed the drive thru window in my face. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a restaurant employee. I was both embarrassed and infuriated at how this situation played out. I will NEVER return to this location and plan to make it a point to share my experience at this location with all of my peers. Absolutely ridiculous! With the second order, I also ordered 25 munckin donut balls that were supposed to be half glazed and half blueberry but when I got back to work and opened them, they were half blueberry, half chocolate. I do not understand how both my orders could be so messed up.. apparently they smoke their breakfast. The best thing for this store is new management and a whole new crew. I will not be back.
