We stopped for breakfast with another couple after leaving the campground. The truth is we were looking for another place listed on the GPS that was no longer in buiseness. Just down the road we found the On The Way Cafe. It doesn't look like much from the road; there were no cars in the parking lot out front, we found out all the locals park in back. What a wonderful surprise, the coffee was a little strong (real he-man coffee), but everything else was perfect. Our wives had omlets that looked great,and according to them were great. Us boys had the country steak and eggs. Perfect; the steak wasn't overdone, the gravy was perfect, the eggs and hashbrowns belong on a billboard. No need to overdress most of the locals are wearing bib overalls. A truely great breakfast at a great price. Oh yes, the jam or jelly that came with the toast was home made. Something the girls really liked
