Unfortunately really dissappointed with slow service and a rude hostess that would refuse to honor a gift certificate obtained through a local community fundraiser for the New Richmond Fire Department. While the food was good, the service was not worth the wait. The waitress seemed scattered and non-attentive to simple (water/condiment) requests.
