Had to wait 58 mins before we received our food. Ordered an all you can eat plate and was served only one after asking for the second. Horrible customer service. Food was below adverage. If you value your time, do not go here. What a shame for a local pub. This place does not deserve even one star.

First off the bartender was very polite and nice. The burger was fairly good and well cooked. It took over twenty minutes to cook my burger. That was fine. But I know this because one episode of American Pickers ended and watched nearly an entire other one before the burger came out. Because it was taking so long for burger to cook I was obviously drinking the refills of the soda that the guy offered. I do not drink alcohol so i figured it was nice of him for while I wait to atleast fill my cup up. The burger was decent like I said, grilled cheese was decent too. You get chips with the sandwiches and they were bland, stale chips. Then my bill comes. They charged me around $1.50 for each time I got a refill on a soda when the bartender had not said anything about charging more. So it was nearly 5 dollars for soda that was watered down anyways and not mixed right. The burger was decent, but for nearly 7 bucks, you can go to Four Seasons in Manitowoc, Fat Seagull in Manitowoc, Habanero's in Francis Creek and gets tons more value and flavor for your money. Anyways I hope you realize that providing slow service and then charging an inordinate amount for drinks while a customer waits is not the ideal way to promote your business. This is an outstanding place with a friendly atmosphere offering a lot of excitement in one location. They have a dining room that serves up great tasting food and opens daily at 6 A.M. for breakfast and is also known for the best tasting pizza and chicken in the Lakeshore area. You will drink free when you bring your friends along; of course they have to pay for their drinks. If you're looking for fun, you can’t go wrong stopping in at this location located just 1 mile north of Hwy 310 on county road R just north of Manitowoc.
