Good place to drink coffee and read
I drove 45 minutes to go to this Starbucks tonight to get some work done. Per their website and Google, they were open until 11 PM. In fact, Miles Hungberg-Perzewski suggested this location had the best hours in Dane County.
Well, it did. Until 04/03/13 when the hours for this location were changed...without posting it to the website.
I was asked to leave as soon as I ordered my drink at it was 9:53 PM and they were closing in 7 minutes. I said, wait a minute, I thought you were open until 11 PM? I was told, yes, they had been, but the regional manager changed the hours this week, so they close at 10 PM like other locations in Dane County. Had these hours been posted, I would have not driven 45 minutes to get kicked out. Overall, it was a bad experience.
Always a long slow line. They get my order right 70% of the time. Very friendly staff.
Best hours for any Starbucks in Dane County!
