Great shop with very knowledgeable staff that are always there to answer questions or help out. I have been going here for the last year and have been to every shop I can think of in Madison, this is the best place for vaporizer equipment and juices. Was just there and had an issue with a new atomizer I had bought and they took the time to rebuild and show me what was wrong. If you like to Vape I highly recommend you check the store out.
Thorough product demonstration, friendly atmosphere. An overall pleasant experience. In a recent purchase a member of management was on top of getting me setup and knowledgeable of product use, altogether I recommend this store and its exemplary customer service approach is well appreciated. ~why spend that hard earned cash anywhere else?
Called them this time since I had such a good experience in the store. Well they didnt disappoint! This time they told me where ELSE to buy what I needed even tho they sold it! They have a good knowledgeable staff that is helpful and friendly with a good selection of both vape and tobacco products! They have custom mixed vape juice for my wife that was exactly what she was looking for the first time we where in! So if you got a hard to find juice give these guys a try!
