Sandwich was very poorly put together and I wasn't told they were out of their normal white bread so I received two hard logs of grainy wheat bread. My girlfriends sandwich was also very poorly done. The soup was good but that's not too hard to screw up. First bad experience at a panera but needless to say I won't be going back to this one.
Service is good bakery is good the bagels & cream cheese is great. Soup when the east side was new they had the best French union soup but it has gone down hill.
It's a fast food franchise specializing in sandwiches. A little pricier than other fast food places, and a little healthier, but otherwise no different. If you come here for lunch you probably won't regret it, but you probably will forget it.
Eat here about 3 times a week, great food and nice people
