i am a very loyal caribou customer, and to start the experience off today, i ordered a iced vanilla white mocha and a chicken apple sausage sandwich. i receive my drink served hot. I politely asked if this was mine, and she replied with "yeah" and then i explained t her i had ordered this iced. She then apologized and i returned to my seat to eat my sandwich. My name was then called again, this time they present me with a iced reddish drink. I returned to my seat thinking this was indeed a vanilla iced white mocha. It wasn't. I then had to return to the counter and explain again what exactly i had ordered. when they called my name the final time, they correctly made this drink. The girl was not polite about it the final time though, acting as if I was a nuisance or trouble. All i wanted was the drink i correctly ordered at the beginning.
Mint Condition drinks are a cut above Starbucks. Their sandwiches are wonderful as well. Turkey Pesto is my fav.
