My wife and I recently enjoyed dining there, and were thoroughly grateful for their hospitality and gracious attitude. The food was specially prepared- and as can be good to me- my wife really enjoyed it. Thanks a bunch for a wonderful night.
My daughter and I stopped in on a week day about 3:45, we were the only table and ordered what I would call pretty easy dishes (Chicken Quesadilla and spaghetti with Meatballs). 35 Minutes later I located a Manager and I was told there was nothing he could do and it was because they had a new menu. Seriously!!!
Food was o.k. but service was very slow. An hour and 15 minutes to get breakfast with the restaurant being 1/4 filled. The table need to us said "hope you're not in a hurry" so obviously they had the same wait.
My wife and I went their for the Valentine's special for two. After we were seated it took atleast 10 minutes for someone to greet us. The food was ok, but my wife asked for a glass of wine with our meal. After 15 minutes we flagged a hostess down and told her about the glass of wine we were waiting for. 15 minutes later we asked a manager for a glass of wine thinking he would bring it. 35 minutes later our waitress returned with our bill and no glass of wine, than she had the nerve to ask us if we still wanted it 35 minutes later after we were done eating. It was one of our worst dining experiences ever, the service was horrible, the food was average. Would never stop at this place again, and I intend to warn as many people I can about this horrible place.
My family and I get to the restaurant for the Sunday buffet at 29 pines every now and then, and they also host the Family Fun days from time to time and we always get our kids there and play in the pool and bouncy houses when they host it at the Sleep Inn and Suites.
