One of the most immaculate restaurants that I have ever visited. Not just for the great food and service, but for everything else this establishment has to offer to guests. Hands down a five star review; if it were possible I would do a six star review. Absolutely love this place.
Happy Birthday to Me !! Yup, my family took me here for my birthday dinner. YUM. With all the local road construction it was difficult to locate, but we persevered. Plus, they have the bottle of wine for free up to the price of your age. :-) Yup, got my free bottle of my FAVORITE flavor, Santa Margarita. What a beautifully built and decorated establishment. Almost doesn't matter what the food tastes like, it is freaking beautiful here! But the food is delicious!! And the menu is superb ! Well done! Our warm cheese app was tasty, the parmesan chicken was parmesan chicken, the southwestern salad was fresh, French Onion Soup good (upcharged) beet salad real good (upcharged) . Then there was the PECAN CRUSTED WALLEYE. Served with glazed carrots. Huge portion. My only critique would be the pecans seemed to be hammered into the fish. I just prefer my encrusted fish a little less compacted. I think an unintentional bonus was that the sweet glaze from the carrots ran over half the plate. It was delightful with the walleye, but I really like the walleye as is. However, half of it wasn't sitting in sauce, and it was good either way. I think. I ate sooo fast because it was so good. Skip dessert and go directly to the TIRAMISU MARTINI. Although we did split the cheesecake, which was way better than average, the Irish Coffee and THAT MARTINI did the trick !! For all that we ordered and received, the bill was FAIR!! Our Sunday night reservation really wasn't needed, but at least they knew we were coming. All the way from central MN. Our server was a sweet smart girl, but probably hadn't worked there long enough to be real familiar with everything. A Squad servers don't usually work Sunday nights, just sayin. A good time was had by All.
Have to say the staff today was awesome but the food...not so much. Had a Rubin sandwich and unfortunately it was grilled just a bit to long. Think burnt toast. :-( But, I will give them another try regardless, there were a few other things on the menu looked interesting. FYI, prices are a bit high for the portion size.
The setting is beautiful, the food was terrific, and the staff were fast and friendly
High class, great food, great service!
