The atmosphere is neat but the Customer Service isn't all that great especially if you're new to the place. The live music is nice. The Bartenders attitudes need a little work though. It's a classy place for the area but they really should be little more welcoming to their customers so they stay and drink more, let alone visit again. They have a cocky, stuck up attitude even though they are just a bartender and not one of the higher class customers including myself. It's just not a friendly, fun type place. The Musicians are great though and the drinks are made well.
