I just want to say that most of the time I love Applebees, however I dont like spicy. The last time we went in I ordered the honey bbq ribs and had also had the honey bbq boneless wings. My ribs did not taste anything like the wings which really upset me because I cant handle spicy. Come to find out the ribs are rubbed with a spicy seasoning of which they dont disclose on the menu. My whole dining experience was ruined due to the fact that it ruined the flavor of the rest of my meal. Even my bloody mary tasted spicy after that. The manager comped me 6 bucks on an 85.00 ticket. I wasnt at all satisfied and dont know that I will go back due to the fact I felt like I was losing my mind because he said "there is nothing spicy in the sauce" I knew there was something spicy somewhere!
Have recently been here twice, different times and servers. It seems you have about a 70% chance of getting warm food. We had missing items, my burger literally had the top bun tossed on top while the bottom bun was soaked in grease. The servers are slow, rude and frankly just seem lime they don't care. My group routinley had to wait 10-15 mins for drink refills, but that's nothing compared to the 30-45 minute wait to get your food once you've ordered.
Joined them for the happy hour special. Sad it wasn't regular drinks to but the service and food was awesome. Ings was very polite and on top of her game when it came to service! Def. A go-to-place.
Overrated. Bad service. Treat employees badly. Unprofessional!
