Finally, a good Chinese restaurant. Food isn't cooked until you order, and is very good, also, excellent service. I will drive the 30+ miles for this.
Definitely lived up to the reviews on Google Maps. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful and perfectly made. We started with potstickers and the wor wanton soup. These by themselves were plenty enough for a meal for two. We also ordered the shredded pork with garlic which was also delicious, but we enjoyed it more the next day when we weren't quite so full.
This is our "go to" place for Chinese - far better than anything else we've tried in the greater Sky Valley and Woodinville. Truth be told we were actually pleasantly surprised at just how good this place is, and the customer service is great. We really like their ginger beef, Szechuan shrimp and honey garlic chicken.
The food was outstanding but the restaurant ambiance was lacking, as was the air conditioning (none). We'll be back but will get the food to go.
The Salt and Peper fish fillet is wonderful and very colorful. The use of fresh ingredents and the chefs eye for good presentations makes the food stand out. They have a happy and eager host-food server to take care of you well.
