Eating here right now. Everything is really good. Had the crispy oyster as a starter, and sat out in the garden they even gave us blankets cos its getting chilly. The reason it's not a 5 star is the portion. I rarely eat much, but even for me, I could have more on my plate. Tasty food though just prepare to eat something else afterwards.
Great atmosphere, excellent service, good specials and libations. Finally, not too many bell peppers and onions! If your coming to Sequim or just looking for an homey, eclectic, gastronomical experience try this eatery. I like it! Get reservations on weekends.
Surpassed my expectations! Our party ate outside..... Was very relaxing, service was beyond good! I ordered oysters and didn't really care for them.... They were curious as to why so they could give the kitchen feed back and correct issue... I was shocked when they removed it from the bill!!! Alder wood Bistro cares about your dinning experience! I live in Los Angeles and will rave about this place..... The atmosphere, service and food is great!!! I was we had something like this in Cali!!!
An inconspicuous Oasis of inspiring food. Alders serves brilliantly cooked modern world cuisine in a homely and understated relaxed environment.
We just went into have dinner and were treated extremely rude!!! There were empty tables yet were told they had no room to seat us. There was only 2 adults and our small son . Glad to see yhe economy is so well for them they can turn away cash paying customers. The hostess had tje nerve to ask if we wanted a business card to call and make reservations to come back lol really I don't think so after driving 2 plus hours to dine at their establishment.
