Food and service was great.. a bit overpriced for what you get, got the country fried steak and eggs, my only disappointment was it wasn't fresh and hand made it was a frozen ...but still tasted great! Only reason this isn't a five star was the country fried steak wasn't hand made

Got a sandwich and it was way overpriced! For what they charged, the portion sizes were laughably small. To sum it up, my wife and I were traveling and decided to stop at The Ritz. Noticing that a sandwich cost almost $13.00, we just assumed that they were pretty good sized. So, my wife ordered a half a meatball sandwich, which cost close to $10.00. when the waitress brought it out, it almost felt like a joke. It was 2 small meatballs between about 3 inches of French roll and, something like, ten fries. No joke, that was 10 bucks! Even the sandwich I got wasn't much better. The flavors weren't bad and the service wasn't terrible, but portion size really was pathetic.

Aug. 5, 2014 Stopped for lunch. Have been here 3-4 times on road trips between Seattle and Spokane. Previous visits were good especially the barbecue. Should have stuck with that but l really wanted a burger. Ordered the blue cheese burger. After burger was delivered I was told that they were out of blue cheese sauce. Wish I had known so I could order something else. Burger was black, dry and flavorless( and cold), very few grilled onions, dry old looking lettuce and sliced mushrooms. Was told cook was mixing up some blue cheese sauce which came after a few minutes. Did not help the dry flavorless burger. When check came and she asked if my burger had been ok and I said no. She offered to remake it for the road but with 4 antsy kids we did not want to wait. They did take $3 off. Service was very slow with no offers to refill drinks. Previous visits had been much better. Will skip this stop next time

I Enjoyed an Absolutely Excellent Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs Meal. Tender Steak lightly breaded to crispy perfection. Top Notch Friendly and Quick Service! I would Highly Recommend this Restaurant to Anyone Visiting Ritzville or Stopping Off at the Exit During an I-90 Road Trip.

Epic fail for breakfast this morning!! Management, cook and waitress decide bringing BURNT food to customer is okay; customer decides not to pay for anything!!! I can't see that this place could possibly be better for lunch, dinner or even drinks so customers BEWARE!
