Yes, You could get the praline crisp with salt carmel sauce in Valhalla, after you've crossed the rainbow bridge, but why wait!!
love the service, the layout is a bit weird but the food is amazing !
Beware. I recently attended a party that was catered by Pomegranate Bistro / Lisa Dupar. The spring rolls they served on the buffet table were labeled as vegan and only plant based ingredients were listed. I ate two bites. My throat felt itchy. I opened the roll and found large chunks of shrimp. I have a life threatening shellfish allergy. I spent the rest of the night taking medication to counteract the effects. I am very lucky that I discovered the undisclosed allergen. My night was ruined. Very disappointed in the caters lackadaisical response to such a serious issue.
Love this spot! And I love the fact that it's in Redmond and NOT crammed in the middle of Seattle with no parking like so many good eating establishments around here. East siders deserve good food also ;) They have the best beignets I have ever tasted (including New Orleans), they serve Chicken & Waffles during brunch (only Southerners will truly appreciate how happy I was to find this out), great libations, great bar snacks (flatbread, wings, etc..) and I'm heading there this weekend to give their denu menu a whirl. And my favorite thing about Pom Bistro? The people.Feels very southern. Even if the food wasn't amazing (but it is) I would still probably go back just for the atmosphere. Well done.
I stopped in for breakfast and was incredibly pleased with the quality of food. While slightly on the pricy side, the fine ambiance and unique nature of the dining room gave me an excuse to ignore the extra dollar or two on each item. The high quality of the ingredients and presentation, too, help when considering the cost. The server was attentive and very good at spotting traditional cues that the table needed attention. I will definitely be back to try their dinner offerings in the near future.
