they service was great and the good even better! good flavorful fresh taste and not a bad price.

My friend and I ate dinner here during a three-day hunting trip in the area, and after eating a lot of heavy diner-style breakfasts, Baan Khun Ya was truly a treat - very refreshing. I had fresh rolls, larb and a Manhattan, and my friend had a soup that looked beautiful. My only two quibbles are minor: I wish my Manhattan had come with a cherry, and the larb could've been a little spicier (I asked for medium heat, but it's probably not a bad thing that they erred on the side of not blowing out my taste buds). I hope to return to the area next year for another hunt, and if I do, I will definitely be eating at this restaurant again.

Took my order and payment for delivery then called me 20 minutes later saying they don't deliver to my area except for a $10 charge. I told them to cancel it and they thought it was okay to cancel the order but NOT refund me the money they charged. Still trying to get the manager to call me back about refunding my money for food I never received.

Red curry was good. I ordered take out. I asked for brown rice and agreed to pay the extra charge. I received undercooked (probably unwashed) white rice. NOT impressed.

I have eaten here several times and the food and service have always been excellent. The soups, curries and pad thai have been excellent. The butterfly wontons are first rate, and are even better with the amazing dipping sauce that come with them. The only thing that I would call average was the chicken satay appetizer, and that is mostly because it is just too big, with way too much meat and not enough peanut sauce.
