Twede's Cafe

We stopped on a Sunday afternoon. Big Mistake. Bathrooms were dirty. We waited an hour for cold french fries to be delivered. The fries had been sitting while the chicken was no where to be found. The waitress brought our our fries without the meal. They had been sitting to long they were actually cold. The fries went back and returned with the chicken we ordered. The chicken was horrible and undercooked. Rather than send it back again, we choose to leave.... Went to pay the bill and the waitiress was a saint. She took off the price of the meals, because even she knew it was wrong and we left. MY advice do not order ANYTHING except a milkshake at this restaurant. The milkshakes, are actually good.

went there for lunch today. had the twin peaks burger, with fries, and onion rings. and twin peaks cherry pie ala mode . was the first time i ever ate a burger and didnt need ketchup. i loved the thick bacon, the ham slices and the 2 types of cheese, and the fries were fresh hot and not greasy. the pie was heaven, and i loved going to the twin peaks wall and seeing all the pictures and articles. we will definately be back, i heard alot of people ordering the fish and chips , so it must be great! for the amount of food we had it was worth it. loved it

Nice experience if you like twin peaks, although it doesn't really look like the TV series. The personnel were really kind and sweet. Milkshake for one equals milkshake for two at this place which was a nice treat. The cafe itself is not in tip top condition but it just adds to the oldstyle experience.

The quickest way to get a poor review is to have wait-staff that likes to swear. I'm glad it was just my wife and I that visited Twede's. Eye-rolling, foul mouthed waitresses are unbecoming to say the least. I hear the pie is good, but mine was cold, right out of the refrigerator. I bet it would have been better warm. My wife and I both got burgers, that were completely mixed up. My burger ended up with her avocado, and neither of us got the onions we asked for. The coffee, though, was pretty close to "damn fine".

This place was acceptable, but really not great. Service was frustrated, food wasn’t great, and the coffee wasn’t ‘damn fine’. It’s worth a stop for the Twin Peaks connections (and the wall of Twin Peaks trading cards), but there’s nothing much else going for this place.
