To Jim Dandy…. I would say you couldn't be further from the truth as to the portions being small. I've been there many times and every meal I've chosen has left me feeling OVER full.
Food was very good, Service was Not so good. The waitress who greeted us was cold she just handed us menus and showed us the table, and walked away, all the while not speaking much at all. The Second waitress hardly spoke at all, had little or no eye contact. They seemed unhappy with their job. We will try it again, see what happens.
Relaxing atmosphere for lunch. Be brave and ask to try one of their many unique beers. Food was excellent as well and good prices.
Love the atmosphere, service and food! We are from Boston and this reminds me of restaurants in Boston! We make a point to go there often!
Got right in and seated, Mussels were good. Beer chicken was ok - dry. Mashed potatoes good, but didnt like the chicken being placed on top of mashed potatoes, vegatables were good. Scallops not great the rice under the scallops not good. Agian didnt like the scallops being placed on top of the rice. Didnt get a choice of salad and bread. Had to pay extra for a salad. Fish & Chips good. Wine choices not good didnt have moscato wine. Very over priced for the meals. Would I go agian NO. Sorry thumbs down.
