Dismal food and service. The server was absent most of the night and manager was rude and condescending. After eating here I spoke to someone that worked here and was told people on the line eat food off the plates. Won't be going back.
Someone broke the windows out of my car while I was eating here one night. I notified the manager so they could notify their customers. The managers already knew this was happening to their patrons. It had been going on for weeks already. I have insurance so not a big problem, I only wanted to go home but the female manager insisted that I stay & file a police report. She said Applebee's would pay for my window if I did. So I filed the report. To make a long story short, the manager lied. Applebee's insurance will NOT pay for my window to be fixed. I didn't even ask for it... The manager simply volunteered to lie to me...SMH...
We go every Wednesday for wing special. There is one server there, Savannah, whom we request. She is excellent!!!!
it was by far the WORSE food I have ever seen....food came to table and it appeared that the food had bites taken out of them (Chicken Tenders)...I will be heading back there today to speak with the Mgr..I have pictures of the so called food...will never eat there again
Over the years...their quality has went down...i love the menu...so i go to the one at chesapeake square
