I have never experienced a place with such horrible and rude customer service. The atmosphere of the place is highly atrocious as well as a very uncomfortable lounge. Not to mention, the owner of the place allows their dog to go around the store and the owner doesn't even realize that some people may not feel comfortable with dogs at a restaurant. Yet, she seems to selfish to realize that. On the other hand, I ask the owner a question, she responds with an attitude. Now what kind of restaurant owner would do such a thing? Last Words: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

THE WORST RESTAURANT AND HOOKAH LOUNGE EVER!!! 1. SLOW SERVICE: it almost took about an hour for us to get our food and still after all that wait we got most of the order wrong or messed up. 2. UNPROFESSIONAL WAITER: First the waiter drop a ketchup bowl on my dress which I considered as an accident. Later she dropped another ketchup bowl on my friends which it wasn't acceptable anymore. Whatever we were asking for were messed up. Finally we ask for our check to pay, but guess what ?! it took another hour to get hour checks. After all wait, the more interesting thing was the time when we got extra item and charge in hour check which we dint receive or even asked for. So she went back and forward to fix the mistake but still after another hour noting was fixed. More interesting point was that the tip which it was already added up in our receipt and we had to pay for that horrible service. 3. RUDE AND RACISM MANAGEMENT: After all of those problem that we have faced to, we asked for management who was also the owner of the business too. When we started to talking to him, he just ignored us and the only thing he asked for was "Are you guys gonna pay for your bills or not?". And when we said not for extra charges which we didn't ask for he replied " OK, then I'm going to call the cops to take care of you all." Moreover during the conversation that we had with the owner, he started to be racism as well. I have never been that disrespected in my life. I would never and ever go back to that crap again because I value my time, my money and the most important one my personality. SO if you all value your time, money and personalty, this place is not recommended at all.

the worst Hooka place and the worst customer service! the owner called the cops on us.we were waiting for the check for over 30minuets and after we got it everything was wrong and we asked to change the check. the owner told us he will change it and bring it back.we waited for 20+ more minutes! and still didn't get our check and that's why we walked away. because no one came back to our table(I don't have time to wait for a check for one hour!!!) my advise to you is before you call cops on your customers its better to talk to them First and try to figure out the situation! and try not to be racist! why would you ask which country you are from?(its none of your damn business!) that's racist! everything is not money or having a full house! its good to take care of your costumers and not being RACIST!

Owner is rude, charged us a $25 cover charge for someone who didnt show up. Opening belly dancer is amazing but beyond that there is nothing special about this place. Additionally, there is a mandatory gratuity already included into your check. So instead of improving the shity service, they include a mandatory gratuity fee to force tips instead of earning them.

This place is not a place anyone wants to spend time in it. Service horrible after 40 minutes we asked our server what happened to our order and she had no idea what we ordered about the hooka we ordered it was all burned from the beginning and we asked to change it that took another 20 minutes to be ready in our table.
