tye drinks are always made poorly here. i drink a venti iced coffee everyday and know what they taste like, at this location the iced coffee always just tastes watered down and bitter. the coffee is being brewed improperly and is too weak to be used as iced coffee. the other stores rarely have this problem, this store has constantly had this issue. Employees seem untrained and very confused if you attempt to explain it to them.
