Without doubt the worst Applebee's we have EVER visited. Hostess was nowhere to be found when we entered and then when she showed up she made us feel like we were bothering her. Bright spot was the primary waitress Darnell, very good and she was friendly. The rest of the wait staff that happened to bring food were horrid. You would assume that the food would at least be good. NOT. This Applebee's is a very poor representation of the franchise. Oh, the place was filthy too. Table sticky, food debris all over the floors. If it wasn't for Darnell we would have given one star.
Slow service, poor communication, worst Applebee's I've been too. Ordered the 2 for $10.99 and a salad. The salad alone was $9.99 and they charged bill wrong. Should've been $16:98 they charged $26.85. When I asked for a Redds the bartender looked at me like I was an idiot and just walked off. It's one thing not to carry Apple Ciders but another to act like I'm making up their existence.
So slow. It took an hour to get our food and 3 of 5 meals were wrong. I had to go to the bar to get my daughter's milk after waiting over 10 mins for it. Stay far away.
Food was okay. Service was slow and several mistakes were made. We just ate/drank what was brought to us to avoid being there any longer.
Order to go, didn't even gave fork and knife. Bitching about not tipping... Why would I tip if Its to go? Didn't even come with bread or anything. Steak and side was all over the place in to go tray. I will never go there again.
