I hate to say poor.on the food, because the food has always very good; however, they don't use fresh towels on the glasses. Every Guinness I've ordered has smelled like mildew. Oh, and the Guinness, again... Is it so hard to hold a glass at a 45 degree angle to the tap, poor a slow glass of 3/4 full, and then set the glass down to finish off with some head. God, no they (and other Virginia bar) can manage a good glass of Guinness.
The restaurant is in a good location its is clean in the womens bathroom and the customer service is excellent the kitchen staff just needs to work on their performance
place was packed took forever to be seated and even longer to be waited on once we were seated the waitress didn't seem to be able to handle the tables she had food was just okay. My server never came back to the table to check on off and I had to sit and wait to ask for my ticket before I can leave. I really don't think I'll go there again
Very dissatisfied! The placed was packed when I showed up and the waiter took 30 minutes just to come back to take my order for food. By the time he came back, I was ready to leave . Service made me want to take my money elsewhere
The food was good but the service was horrible, my server never came back and check on my table neither ask to refill my drink, the service was bad, I didn't appreciate it at all.
