BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! RATING 0 On December 20,2013 my wife and I stopped by The Portsmouth Blvd Applebee's after Christmas shopping. I could not believe there was no wait and was seated right away. I took my Costa sunglasses off and set them on the rear of the table. We had dinner and left. As soon as I realized I left them on the table I (long booth table) I called and they said they could not find them. The restaurant was empty basically, and no one waiting to be seated. They said they would call be back and the end of the night. No phone call, so on Saturday I called and talked to the manager. He said he would call me back as soon as the waitress returned to work that afternoon. No phone call. I called corporate office and talked to them. They were in agreement with me whoever cleaned the table would have had to seen the glasses if they did there job. They assured the manager would contact me. Well after several conversation with corporate office I have not heard from the Manager. So for my family we WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY APPLEBEE'S!!!!!!!!
This was the worst night ever for my fiance bday.she never been to apple bees and I took her.food was good but horrrrrribbbble customer service.she waited 10 mins just to get some sauce for pasta and 15 mins just to wait and receive a check.somewhere ill never go again

I always order take-out. My orders are always correct and on time. I have no complaints.
