I called saying I had never been there before and tell me what's good, what they have, etc. Then I ordered a pizza w/pineapple on it. Not once did the girl say that they are called Garlic's because they put roasted garlic on their crust. Now I LOVE garlic and I could see how great a vegetarian pizza w/artichokes, spinach, etc would be ..but NOT pineapple! It was horrible. Just think they should explain to people...especially when they ask!! Also got a side salad with the house dressing. Loved it. Can't give a real review because I need to get another pizza. Also wish they had the pastas and sauces they are selling up front actually on the menu. Cache Valley needs a decent Italian restaurant...not just another pizza joint. The salad gets a 5 the pizza a 3 so I rate it a 4
Garlic's has pretty good food. The customer service sucks though! I've called and made orders over the phone many times this month, and the girl on the other end sounds like she hates her job! Every time I've ordered the Antipasta salad, I've ordered it without green olives and onions. Every single time I get home and guess what's on my salad. Yep, green olives and onions! Every time! My husband orders the same thing just without the artichokes. Every time he finds artichokes. We've quit going there because of this. It's hard to get a good salad anymore. We thought we had found the right place but it's to difficult to get what you want. I do have to say, their cheesy garlic bread is to die for! That, you don't want to modify so it's hard to screw it up. They've been amazing every time except for one. The one bad time was that the bread was hard, cold and not as gooey as the last times. Not sure if someone had ordered them and not picked them up so they gave them to us so it wasn't wasted. Whatever it was, they sucked that time. Their food is amazing, I would recommend it to my friends as long as they aren't modifying their order. They also need to get someone working up front who actually wants to be there and isn't more concerned with their phone than the customers.
Their breadsticks were one of the best ones I have ever tasted!!
