My family stopped in the Nephi location on Sunday afternoon to purchase cold drinks. The smoothie flavor we wanted was not available even though it was being advertised. We settled with something else and waited a long time for our order. Other customers were waiting and watching the kitchen as it was obvious something was wrong. They couldn't seem to get the order out. We went to sit down and noticed the tables and floors were messy and sticky. We also used the bathrooms and they were dirty. The only urinal in the men's room was out of order. We watched the girl who was making shakes and smoothies wipe the mixer rod with a rag wiping rag that had been sitting on the counter. We ask them to cancel our order and refund the money on our card. The girl at the front didn't know how to do it and someone from the kitchen had to come to the front to help her cancel our order. The dirty condition of the common areas should raise red flags regarding the operation and safety of the kitchen.
had a friend who worked here, never ate any food because they would deep fry Cockroaches in the deep fryer for fun. not just a horror story I watched as the did it. do not eat here.
