Arby's is decent food as far as fast food is concerned. My rating is for their management and customer service. After making a complaint about this particular franchise through Arby's website, the general manager over this location called me up the next day. Even though I missed his calls, he was sure to call back a few more times to try to get a hold of me. I finally called back two days later (today 4/10/14) and he was nothing but nice and polite to me, even remembering my name. He is concerned for the health and safety of his customers and strives to encourage his employees to make sure customer service is at a premium quality. And it shows. After addressing my complaint, he was sure to go the extra mile and send me a gift certificate to my local Arby's restaurant. So the 5 stars are more like 5 rings on the bell for good service :)
Use to eat here all the time until I got food poisoning
