The Patio is a great place to stop and grab a bite. Their milkshakes are wonderful, and the philly cheese steak equaled those from Philly. This is a place where you will sit down to eat and the quality is well worth it.
This is a *real* burger joint, not assembly line fast food. So keep in mind it will take a little more time, but it's worth it! This was my first visit to Patio Drive-In, and I ordered the Big 'B' Burger -- alluding to the Big Bopper, I assume, given the 50s/60s theme of the place. The "Big 'B' Burger basket" is the burger with the standard fries/tots and drink combo. Everything was cooked just right: burger was moist and flavorful, and the tots were fresh and crispy but not overdone. I used the included horseradish/thousand island sauce for dipping the tots as well as the burger as there was plenty of it. My only regret is that I didn't upgrade my drink to a shake, but there's always next time at the Patio Drive-In in Blanding, UT!

Very, very good burgers. Some of the best I've had. Fries and onion rings were great too. Another reviewer compared them unfavorably to McDonalds - so I guess that if you are into the standard, big chain assembly-line fast food you might not like Patio, since it is very different. But if you like big burgers, fresh meat and fresh other ingredients, cooked like a backyard BBQ by an expert cook, you will love Patio.
Best food in the area outside of Moab. Highly recommended, if you are looking for great food served with great service look no further. Best food on my trip by far.
