The service was a catastrophy. We were waiting 1 1/2 hours to get our food. The last one got his food 30 minutes afther the first one. Someone didn't get what he ordered. Unpolite service. Good food for fair price.

The food is good but the execution was terrible. Slow service was a result of poor organization from simply being busy.

This appears as a bar on Google maps. It is NOT. Blanding is DRY. AVOID bland Blanding if you like a cold beer at the end of a hard day's ride.

The food, service, and decor are all great.

We were greeted by a waitress. She took our order quickly. The salad bar had a good variety, and everything tasted fresh, although the spinach was a little bit watery. The dressings weren't labeled, so you had to guess which ones they were offering. I ordered the salmon, my wife ordered the steak and shrimp, and we got an appetizer of buffalo wings. The wings were good, however we received no wet wipes to clean our fingers with. My salmon was good, but very plain, no spices or flavoring added. It did come with a so so tasting dipping sauce. My wife's steak was very tender, and just like the salmon, there were no spices. The veggies we both received were not seasoned at all. My wife didn't get any butter for her baked potato; it came with sour cream (she is lactose intolerant) and butter was never offered, nor a choice of toppings. My mashed potatoes were delicious. They forgot to bring out the biscuits and jam that is supposed to come with all the dinner meal; we had to ask for it. The entree was brought out way before we were done with appetizer & salad, so it started getting cold really fast. By the time my wife finished her salad, her steak was cold. The chili was little more than beans and meat, but my wife said the cream of mushroom soup was delicious. The waitress did not offer any desserts to us, and did not seem to know how to use the credit card machine, she kept looking at some hand written notes on how to do it. We had to wait for refills on drinks, though there was very few people in the restaurant. It was not at a busy time. Also, because of the placement of the doors, we got a cool blast of cold air every time someone opened the door, which made our food colder faster. This may sound like a 2 or 3 star review at this point, but the breaking point is the price. We paid $53 for all of this, and could have had a 5-star experience at a true steak house like Ruby River. My wife could've cooked salmon and steak and veggies just like this at home, for a fraction of the price. For the price we paid, we expected a 5-star experience, and we were very disappointed.
