This Chili's was awful! We arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday with 4 of our party of 8 present. We had driven 2 hours to get to this restaurant to meet family that also drove over 2 hours to get there. We requested a table for 8 and even though the restaurant was not crowded we had to wait. Waiting a few minutes would have been understandable, but we did not get seated until 12:30, 1 hour after arrival!! We had 2 small kids with us and they were starving. We were finally seated and it was 12:45 before a waitress even approached our table to take drink orders. The rest of our party had arrived by then. It was then 1:20 or so before we finally got our food. The waitress didn't stay on top of our orders, drinks or anything. The food was ok, but not as good as it normally is at Chili's. Fortunately, my husband didn't tell me that there were ants crawling all over the window sill in the restaurant. If he had, I would have gotten up and left and not payed for anything. This restaurant is horrible and we won't be back!
I have eaten there several times and the food is always just average. This time I had the shrimp tacos. The shrimp looked like grub worms and tasted nasty. The place needs updating also. The booth I sat in had holes in the vinyl. Probably won't go back.
Overall we have always had good experiences at this Chili's, if you ever go in, ask for Michelle, she is an AMAZING server. Our drinks never went empty, food was great and hot, and she even took a few minutes to talk to us about where we work and what we do. The only issue we've had (which is why we probably won't be going back) is my fiance ordered fajitas the last time and found MULTIPLE hairs, and while the staff was extremely gracious about it and handled it amazingly, it still makes it hard for us to go in and enjoy our food. But still one the better places to eat in Wichita Falls.
Went on Mother's Day...great service. Gave flowers to Moms. Food good as usual, staff extra friendly & service @ bar excellent
Good food, but service has been a struggle lately. Wait staff is fine, but the time to get your food is not good and they constantly run out of menu items on the weekend. Really Chili's? Really.....
