Service is hit and miss. Usually no wait though. Food is decent but a little overpriced. Family favorite or I wouldn't eat here so often.

Ribs were burnt, service took forever and amount of ticket DOUBLED the hold on funds in my account. However, "Tim" was so very concerned about the charge error that he refunded the full amount of the ticket. THANK YOU SO MUCH TIM! THAT is Customer Service! Everything else was great for the other three guests on my ticket. Soup, Salad, Sandwiches and Quesadillas were perfect!
