The Agave Grill
Reviews

The Agave is a family style establishment that is well rounded & takes pride in making your experience personal & welcoming. The food is fresh, made to order & most homemade in house. They offer nightly specials, knowledgeable staff & have private rooms available for parties or meetings. The environment is warm & friendly with familiar faces being called by name & will go the extra mile to fullfill any requests you may have. Check them out yourself & make your own memories, they'll be glad to see you!!!

Wow. I couldn't believe that what we experienced was real. We went in the evening just for drinks. Not one single drink was correct and the ones that could have been correct weren't mixed properly. One of us ordered an amaretto sour which had no amaretto in it. After tasting the drink from the glass, the bar tender confessed and added amaretto to the drink and then gave us the same glass he had sipped from..... Besides the waiter, who was excellent, the place isn't even worth sitting in. We ordered a creme brulee which was pretty ok, and a ginger bread cookie which wasn't bad either. However, we also ordered a double makers mark which arrived as barely a shot but cost $16. SIXTEEN DOLLARS. For 5 horribly mixed drinks and the two desserts we paid $67 - would have paid $35 if they were made properly. We will never ever ever ever go back. Montanas (in Stephenville) is better if you feel like ordering something drinkable.

Wanted to respond to the review about the drinks! I do apologize if this truly happened. We strive to do what is right. Please try us again!!
