I pass by this restaurant on my way home everyday. Tonight I decided to stop in and grab some take out for dinner. Just bought 2 family orders General Chicken and 2 Chicken and Broccoli. My wife and I tasted both meals to give it a unbiased try. It was pretty nasty. Needless to say the food and my $45 just went straight down the drain. It seemed to risky to even try to eat it. They won't get another opportunity from me. Good luck folks.

MY SISTER RECOMMEDED THIS PLACE AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN I PLACED A LARGE TAKE OUT ORDER. WHEN I UNPACKED EVERYTHING AT HOME I REALIZED I WAS MISSING SOME ITEMS AND I CALLED THEM BACK RIGHT AWAY. THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE ARGUED THAT IT WAS THERE BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ONE THAT PACKED IT. I HUNG UP BUT MY SISTER CALLED THEM BACK AND THE SAME LADY TOLD HER IF I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY I WOULD GET A CASH REFUND. I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE CLAIMED THAT BECAUSE THERE WERE TWO STORIES SHE COULD NOT PROVE WHO WAS RIGHT OR WRONG. THE MANAGER OFFERED TO REMAKE THE MISSING ITEMS OR GIVE ME A GIFT CERTIFICATE. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT MY SISTER WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CASH REFUND AND THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID "NO, I TOLD HER WE WOULD GIVE A REFUND" WHICH DIDN'T NECESSARILY MEAN CASH BECAUSE THEIR POLICY IS NOT TO GIVE CASH BACK. I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE REPLACEMENT/CREDIT BUT THE FACT THAT THEY ARGUED WITH ME THAT IT WAS THERE AND IT WASN'T UPSET ME. MY ADVICE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE IF YOU CAN'T PROVE YOU ARE MISSING SOMETHING YOU PAID FOR, YOU HAVE TO SETTLE FOR REPLACMENT/CREDIT. NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE BECAUSE IN MY OPINION THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. (FYI, ON THE NIGHT THAT I WENT, THE WAITER THAT BROUGHT ME MY ORDER SAID THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE ORDERS THAT NIGHT HAD BEEN TAKE OUT AND IN WHILE I WAS WAITING TWO TAKE OUT ORDERS WERE PICKED UP/DELIVERED....COULDN'T THERE HAVE BEEN A SLIGHT POSSIBILITY THAT MY ITEMS GOT MIXED UP IN SOME ONE ELSE'S ORDER?)

I would not return to this restaurant! We ordered pepper steak for $8.95 and I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the box and counted 6 tiny pieces of meat inside! The taste was okay but the steak was very tough. The egg rolls tasted old and chewy, and the house fried rice was just horrible. The rice was the worse fried rice I've ever tasted, and that's including frozen! My daughter loves wonton soup and even she wouldn't eat theirs. The best thing we ordered tonight was the low mein. That was pretty good. But all in all, I feel like I really wasted a lot of money for nothing! I would not recommend Bamboo Wok to anyone.

I have been looking for a Chinese place for awhile and received a flyer in the mail for this place so decided to try it. I order the General Tso Chicken and the fried wings. I enjoyed the wings however the General Tso Chicken was over done with to much breading and it had no flavor and the fried rice that came with it was not good either. I placed the order to go but after a few bites i could not continue to eat the rest. Waste of money.
