Did not have Soy Milk, no problem. Got back to my work (without drinking my grande latte) and saw there was an 1 1/4" (I measured) space between the top of the cup and the top of the milk. For those doing the math (read: me) that's a little more than 5 oz of drink they shorted me - or, more than the difference between a grande and a tall. Thanks for nothing.
I go there so much the staff knows my name and what I drink. Lol. No complaints.
I love Starbucks, the coffee and speedy drive-thru and service are great. It's one of the few coffee shops in Longview. The only thing I don't like about the location is the patio area, right next to Loop and no trees or shrubs near the sitting area.
Great service - speedy drive-thru - great management - calm enviroment - always enough staff - and really clean.
While I feel that the espresso at this location is superior to the expresso at the 259 & Hawkins location (training? equipment? who knows?), the service at this location is definitely worse. A lot of the baristas do not exhibit great customer service.
