Ribeye came out medium well, as ordered. Had enough flavor to where I didn't need steak sauce nor salt/pepper. Loaded potatoes were good. Had just the right amount of sour cream, cheese and butter. Green beans were good as well. Sweet tea was real sweet tea. just the way I like it. Waitress (Jessica) was very attentive and nice. Our glasses were never less than half empty.
SATURDAY NIGHT- MARCH 8, 2014. I WAS IN TOWN FROM MISSISSIPPI VISITING A FRIEND. WAS JUST DRIVING ALONG LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO EAT AND SEEN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, THOUGH OUR WAITRESS WAS APPARENTLY NEW. SHE DIDN'T KNOW MUCH OF ANYTHING OR SO I THOUGHT. FOOD WAS SERVED QUICKLY AND COOKED PERFECTLY. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET A REFILL AND I HAD TO GO TO THE BAR TO GET ANY KIND OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE FOR MY FRIEND. APPARENTLY IF YOU LOOK LIKE YOU HAVE A DATE, SERVICE WILL BE ADEQUATE AT BEST. THE TABLE NEXT TO US THAT HAD 4 GUYS, GOT SERVICE WITH A SMILE. SHE COULDN'T HELP THEM FAST ENOUGH. ATMOSPHERE WAS GOOD, THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AS I SAID EARLIER, AND THE FACILITY WAS NICE AND CLEAN. SERVICE THOUGH MAY BE QUESTIONABLE
One of the three best steaks in longview. And the only place to get a good steak for lunch. Smoking establishment though
great steaks .....awful service .....I own a big chain company in longview tx and I must say I'm very disaponited with the service and funny thing is ,I'm white .owners or mangers should condsier to let that kind of behavior go and move on from being racist.I wouldn't recommend to any local company's if you value you're empolyees.
