This is literally the WORST place I have ever dined at in my life and it is 100% due to poor management and careless employees. Your food can take up to a half an hour or more to arrive, even if in the drive-thru, or shall I say ESPECIALLY in the drive-tru and by the time you have your order they ALWAYS get it wrong and/or forget items. If you order ice cream they either make it before your meal is ready so you either have to eat it first or watch it melt or they forget to give it to you all together, since you have waited so long for your food you are usually too pissed off and annoyed to remember (maybe that's the scam? Who knows!) To top that off, their drinks, no matter what kind of drink you order ALWAYS tastes like crap. The soft drinks often taste of dish soap or just carbonated water, their moolattes are usually watered down, their tea tastes old and the fruity beverages are typically low on ice and so full of syrup they are undrinkable. I just do not understand how after all of these years they insist on keeping their incompetent management. The only thing I can gather is that she is family? Our last visit will be our last. EVERYTHING mentioned above was experienced in a single visit, it was not the first time one or the other had happened but never all. In the end there were 3 people in front/back of us that demanded refunds for their disgusting drinks and long wait time, ourselves included. When we asked for a refund the last refused to refund the food which by the time they got our drink order/ice cream order right was ice cold, instead she refunded our drinks only. I stood there until she gave me back all 60 bucks (for 5 meals & 2 dilly bars, 3 of which were kids meals!). PATHETIC, FIRE your management or shut the place down as you are robbing people of precious time and money.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could.... had to wait 25 minutes for a simple order of tacos and chili cheese fries. Even had the ppl worrying about answering the phone instead of taking orders out. Even had some kids cone in 10 minutes after me and just ordered a blizzard and they jumped on making them and ignored the food ready to be taken out ..... worst dairy queen ever!!!

Worst DQ I have ever eaten at. Why would someone ruin a good opportunity to make money and please customers. Don't get it???

Really bad management ! Teri needs to do a better job watching her "new cook" if she is not planning to make it right when he screws up! Will never drop another dime in this pathetic place!

This has got to be the worst place in kingsland to get food. Horrible staff appearance, slowest service times, and pricey for junk.
