Been here 3 times in the last 2 months....... horrible service..... I have "seen" good waiters.... I just haven't had a good one yet :( I won't be back
Bad service, lukewarm food. Items ordered look nothing like the very enticing pictures from the menus. When I mentioned the food was tasteless the manager seemed hesitant to try and make it right. Brought out another dish just as blann. Took 20 min to get out food after ordering. Couldn't wait to leave
If you are trying to get a job at TGIF's. I have one word for you, DON'T. I tried to become a server there, and the manager was smug at the fact that we couldn't make it to the orientation. I even tried to call the store to let them know that we were going to be late and nobody answered. That's completely unprofessional. If I could, I would give them NO stars, they don't deserve any. The last time I dined at that facility, it was my sister's graduation. Terrible food, terrible server, terrible EVERYTHING. I would not recommend this TGIF. Let this be a warning to anyone trying to work for a lousy excuse of a casual dining restaurant.

It has been so long since I have been to this restaurant I had forgotten why I don't go here as I am at the mall often. I took the family on Sunday for lunch and remembered immediately, the service is non-existent. There were 2 hostesses who simply couldn't be bothered to address us when we walked in the door or get us seated in the mostly empty restaurant. A 3rd staff person showed up, acknowledged us but then started talking with the hostesses. After a few minutes one hostess acknowledged us. The bad memories of incredibly poor service and lack luster food came flooding back, we opted to leave rather than chance a repeat performance.
