Being a chain restaurant - The staff is ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable - The food is good and consistent (and when something is not right- it is taken care of immediately) - the manager makes his/her rounds assuring things are ran smoothly and that the customer is happy - Never a long wait for seating or checkout - For a chain restaurant it is on the higher end of customer service -

Food sucks. Rice is dry ans tacos are soggy. Waitress spilled beans all over my tacos.
