Better management or owners need more training in customer service. On 11.28/14 a artist Andra lee didn't perform due to nonpayment. The club cost $15 to get in there was only about 15 people there. At midnight people start leaving. While leaving A female at the front desk along with the promoter said that it was not fault of the club. I'm sorry but it is the fault of the club. If you hire an outside promoter and they don't pay the artist the club owner is responsible. The customer experience falls in the lap of the owner. If they want to keep customers and keep happy customers they need to pay. Customers do not know the behind the scene event that happened so to keep them happy you need to make sure that they get their money worth of service. Remember no customers no business and always remember the customer is always right no matter what that is the number one Golden rule of doing business. Also get good alcohol serving margaritas out of a frozen machine is not acceptable and charging the customer $8 is horrible. Have your employees have a proper dress code. You also had someone lip singing for entertainment that is so unacceptable. Pull it together my friends. This place has been there for a long time it is time to make changes change the chairs you have in the club have them reupholstery in solid white get rid of that print.

I went to this place once and I must say after paying to get in they have the highest price drinks I have ever see anywhere around H- town and the music is not all that good either it could be better

I loved the club I had a party there for my birthday last month, and it was the bomb. I would recommend this place as a good party place, and also the drinks are good and not watered down. You get what you pay for.
