Cafe Luxor is a cool place chill with a small group of people. Where you will run into problems is when you have a semi large group and expect decent service. We had a party of 11 people to have a casual get together and celebrate the holidays. We were told everyone could have separate checks but half way through our get together the waiter said management will not split checks. The waiter was painfully slow and the manager/owners walking around didn't want to help out. It took the waiter over an hour to get our checks. The waiter messed up our checks and allowed several people to leave without paying their full tab. We were unhappy the waiter couldn't keep basic waiter stuff straight. The food was good but I can't deal with the horrible service. I will not return unless I have hours to waste.

After hearing about Café Luxor from friends, we had an out of town guest and took him to Café Luxor for dinner. The place was casual and very comfortable. The service was extremely attentive, and the food was excellent. Everyone in our party was with their order and enjoyed their specialty Luxor burgers, the sausage sandwich, and the chicken quesadilla. The portions were generous and the taste was out of this world. The music was happy, and cheerful and the experience was just plane wonderful. I am looking forward to visit them here soon and try their Hookah as well.

First time here. Came with a a group of friends and they had to set up a portable table for us because there's not much seating for a large group and they didn't even bother to at least clean it when there was something spilled all over it. I ordered some cheese fries and my bf ordered a simple burger. The hookah was set up fast (wasn't good either) but food took forever, it was about a 25min wait and our server seemed nice at first but never gave us refills never came to check up and not even napkins were given when the food finally came but it turned out she never even put my order for my fries ....

I was skeptical about coming here because of the reviews for this place but I didn't want to talk my friend out of inviting me so I showed up. I had pre-gamed before I got there so I wasn't in the mood to hookah or drink. I just wanted to eat. I ordered some fries and a quesadilla. The food came out rather promptly but there were only about five people in the place around the time I made it which was about 11pm on a Tuesday night. The waitress was pretty attentive then again we were the only ones that she had to pay attention too. The music was good and I had no issues with parking.

Worst customer service ever!!! Food was overpriced. Wont give you a glass of water (you have to buy a bottle water) And waitress failed to mention when you give your card to open up a tab it holds it for $40...Don't come here...ever.
