This place could of gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible service! They're past due for a new waitstaff. It seems as if they forget about our table literally every time we go! But the atmosphere is great, their water melon mint hookah is my favorite. Their hummus is gross but their fries are soo good! Every time I go I get their Beef Shawarma and it's always on point!
I would have given this place 5 stars, if it weren't for the incredibly poor service. The food is good. The outdoor patio, if a little hookah heavy, is nice. It is open late. The prices are good. That toum is out of this world. You will ooze garlic from your pores through the night. Worth it. But man, those waiters. They are the worst. They are slow. They don't care. They disappear. The only thing that happens fast around here, is the refilling of hookah coals. I mean, maybe there are restaurant research studies that show highly hookahed people spend more, but I don't know if the boost in numbers should come at the expense of my charred flesh.
The food is pretty good, but this place loses a ton of points for their service. Staff is regularly surly, inattentive, and slow. It takes forever to get your order in, and even longer to get your food out. While the food is good, I don't know that it's worth it to sit through the service. They get one extra star for being open really late.
Love smoking Hookah there when it's the nice waiter. The manager there is either sexist or just rude. I've been going there for two years never smiles at me and acts annoyed. The fries are great and some of the staff is really nice. But I haven't gone back because the way the manager treated me and my friends. We would go at least twice a week and it's really not worth being ignored. TEXASHOOKAH is amazing though.
